David Chase, the creator and producer of the multi-Emmy and Golden Globe-winning "The Sopranos," will make his feature
film directing debut for Paramount Vantage with a music-driven coming of age story set in suburbia in the '60s.
Duncan Bridgeman (1 Giant Leap, What About Me?) weaves a beautiful and rhythmic cinematic tapestry composed of original
songs, conversations, reflections, wisdom and humor featuring many of the greatest performers and sharpest minds of Mexico
today.

The film showcases the richness of Mexican music both young and old, from traditional music to pop rock and rap blended
with interviews from Diego Luna, Lila Downs and many more leading personalities. The result is an inspiring and often funny
musical road trip through modern day“Mexicanity”, which resonates globally.
Featuring Itzhak Perlman, Zubin Mehta, Pinchas Zukerman, Joshua Bell and others, Orchestra of Exiles is the suspenseful
chronicle of how one man helped save Europe’s premiere Jewish musicians from obliteration by the Nazis during WWII.

In the early 1930’s Hitler began firing Jewish musicians across Europe. Overcoming extraordinary obstacles, violinist
Bronislaw Huberman moved these great musicians to Palestine and formed a symphony that would become the Israel
Philharmonic Orchestra. With courage, resourcefulness and an entourage of allies including Arturo Toscanini and Albert
Einstein, Huberman saved close to 1000 Jews - along with the musical heritage of Europe.
The film was originally shot in lovely, grainy black and white by Peter Whitehead and has been digitally restored for a new
version by the director Mick Gochanour and the producer Robin Klein. It is both a postcard from an earlier phase of celebrity
culture and a glorious mixtape of raucous and memorable songs. Some of them are covers, performed onstage and off,
including a couple of Beatles tunes hummed and strummed by Keith Richards and Mick Jagger in a hotel room.
On December 10, 2007, Led Zeppelin took the stage at London's O2 Arena to headline a tribute concert for dear friend and
Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. What followed was a two-hour-plus tour de force of the band's signature
blues-infused rock 'n' roll that instantly became part of the legend of Led Zeppelin. Founding members John Paul Jones,
Jimmy Page and Robert Plant were joined by Jason Bonham, the son of their late drummer John Bonham, to perform 16
songs from their celebrated catalog including landmark tracks "Whole Lotta Love," "Rock And Roll," "Kashmir," and "Stairway
To Heaven." Although 20 million people applied for tickets, the band's first headline show in 27 years was seen only by the
18,000 ticket holders who were fortunate enough to have secured seats through the worldwide lottery.
A short film included in the compilation movie Stars in Shorts, in theaters September 28th.
Recently dumped by his girlfriend, underachiever Alex (O'Nan) embarks on an impromptu road trip with his new bandmate,

Jim find their unique style by bringing the sound of children's instruments to their unsuspecting fans. Playing a series of
bizarre shows and experiencing multiple near-disasters, Alex and Jim's persistence takes them on a true coming-of-age
journey - one that may be their last shot at achieving their childhood dreams.
Musical prodigy Sparkle (Jordin Sparks) struggles to become a star while overcoming issues that are tearing her family
apart. From an affluent Detroit area and daughter to a single mother (Whitney Houston), she tries to balance a new romance
with music manager, Stix (Derek Luke) while dealing with the unexpected challenges her new life will bring as she and her
two sisters (Carmen Ejogo and Tika Sumpter) strive to become a dynamic singing group during the Motown-era.
Beloved, the latest film from French writer-director Christophe Honore, is a sly and lovely romantic musical drama spanning
three decades as it follows a mother and daughter's misadventures in love. In the freewheeling Paris of the '60s, young
Madeleine (Ludivine Sagnier)--who has gone from selling shoes to sleeping with men for money--falls for a handsome
Czech doctor, Jaromil (Rasha Bukvic), whom she soon marries and joins in Prague. A baby daughter is born, but Jaromil's
infidelities and the arrival of Russian tanks in Prague lead Madeleine back to France--though the love between them still
burns. Thirty years later in London, we follow Madeleine's daughter, Vera (Chiara Mastroianni), who has fallen in love with a
musician (American actor Paul Schneider) who is incapable of devoting himself to her, while her ex (Honore regular Louis
Garrel) still pines for her. Meanwhile in Paris, a re-married Madeleine (Catherine Deneuve) has rekindled her love affair with
Jaromil (Milos Forman).
An unflinching look at a music industry that exists far from the overnight sensations of television's American Idol and The X
Factor, THIS TIME follows six diverse recording artists on the verge of their next moment in the spotlight. They've sung
back-up up for Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick, Dusty Springfield and Jimi Hendrix, been homeless while
their songs were on the charts, struggled to fill tiny cabarets and fight against the odds of the music industry -- all while
holding tight to their dignity and dreams. Accompanied by a soaring soundtrack of extraordinary music, the film tracks their
gut-wrenching determination to turn up the volume on their careers.
Emily, the daughter of a wealthy businessman, arrives in Miami with aspirations of becoming a professional dancer, but soon
falls in love with Sean, a young man who leads a dance crew in elaborate, cutting-edge flash mobs. The crew, called the
MOB, strives to win a contest for a major sponsorship opportunity, but soon Emily's father threatens to develop the MOB's
historic neighborhood and displace thousands of people. Emily must band together with Sean and the MOB to turn their
performance mobs into protest mobs, and risk losing their dreams to fight for a greater cause.
The documentary takes fans on a riveting ride back to the 1970s when The Who’s creative musical genius was taking the
world music stage by storm. Packed with never-before-seen stories, including the well-known onstage collapse of Moon
during the tour’s first show, the evening will also feature additional performances of songs from “Quadrophenia” including
chart topper, “Love Reign O’er Me.
On April 2nd 2011, LCD Soundsystem played its final show at Madison Square Garden. LCD frontman James Murphy had
made the conscious decision to disband one of the most celebrated and influential bands of its generation at the peak of its
popularity, ensuring that the band would go out on top with the biggest and most ambitious concert of its career. The
instantly sold out, near four-hour extravaganza did just that, moving the thousands in attendance to tears of joy and grief, with
New York Magazine calling the event "a marvel of pure craft" and TIME magazine lamenting "we may never dance again."
Shut Up and Play the Hits is both a narrative film documenting this once-in-a-lifetime performance and an intimate portrait of
James Murphy as he navigates the lead-up to the show, the day after, and the personal and professional ramifications of his
decision.
A documentary exploration of the life and work of American maverick composer, inventor, futurist and electronic music pioneer
Raymond Scott (1908-1994), presented from the unique perspective of his filmmaker son. Filled with Scott's utterly original
music, which ranges from jazz to classical to electronica to Warner Bros cartoon scores, this personal film tells the
fascinating story of this native New Yorker's incredible journey through the 20th century. Known as "the man who made
cartoons swing," Raymond Scott is a forgotten music icon, and this year marks the 75th anniversary of his music.
Ice-T takes us on an intimate journey into the heart and soul of hip-hop with the legends of rap music. This performance
documentary goes beyond the stardom and the bling to explore what goes on inside the minds, and erupts from the lips, of
the grandmasters of rap. Recognized as the godfather of Gangsta rap, Ice-T is granted unparalleled access to the personal
lives of the masters of this artform that he credits for saving his life. Interspersed with the performers' insightful, touching, and
often funny revelations are classic raps, freestyle rhymes, and never before heard a cappellas straight from the mouths of the
creators. What emerges is a better understanding of, and a tribute to, an original American art form that brought poetry to a
new generation.
Rock of Ages tells the story of small town girl Sherrie and city boy Drew, who meet on the Sunset Strip while pursuing their

Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison, Whitesnake and more.
From acclaimed director Bruce McDonald, MUSIC FROM THE BIG HOUSE is an extraordinary story about finding hope, joy
and music behind bars. Rita Chiarelli, Canada's Queen of the Blues, takes a pilgrimage to the birthplace of the Blues:
Louisiana State Maximum Security Penitentiary, a.k.a. Angola Prison--formerly the bloodiest prison in America. Rita's trip
turns into an historic jailhouse performance, playing with--rather than for--musician inmates serving life sentences. Their
shared bond of music, and Chiarelli's ebullient personality, draw striking revelations from the inmates. Rather than
sensational stories of convicts, we witness remarkable voices of hope as their love of music radiates humanity and
redemption on their quest for forgiveness.
Staring Marques Houston (Sean Lewis), Mekia Cox (Sarah Miller), Lynn Whitfield (Marcia Parker), and a slew of talented
young dancers, Battlefield America appeals to a wide audience in this multi-faceted motion picture about dancing, self-
discovery and believing in yourself.

Filmed in Los Angeles, “Battlefield America” tells the story of Sean Lewis (Houston), a successful businessman sentenced
to community service for a DUI. Forced by children’s center director (Cox) to teach a band of misfits how to dance, Sean
(Houston) winds up learning much more about himself than he ever imagined. Talented youth dancers – Tristen Carter
(Eric), Edward Mandell (Marv), Kida Burns (Tommy) and Camren Bicondova (Prissy) - steal the show in underground dance
competition (aka “battles”).
The three minute short film, which came to fruition following an original idea by Stella McCartney, stars Academy Award
winner Natalie Portman and Golden Globe© winner Johnny Depp. Portman, who was exclusively dressed by Stella
McCartney for the film, and Depp translate the lyrics of the song through sign language throughout the film each with their
